Juicing – Your Key to Radiant Health & a Bangin’ Beach Body

Fresh fruits and vegetables have an amazing power to boost our health and vitality. A personal trainer of mine told me about juicing and the energy he had from it. I gave it a whirl and was pleasantly surprised. I generally have a hard time consuming the appropriate amount of vegetables recommended on a daily basis. A quick glass of juice and, voila, mission

accomplished. A great post workout pick-me-up, juicing gives me a ton of energy and its great for the bikini bod!

If you are new to juicing, I would recommend a mid-priced centrifugal juicer. I’m currently using a Juiceman. It’s affordable and will allow you to get started quickly. Cleanup is a cinch too. Many people think that juicing will be a chore, but the majority are surprised to find that its much easier than they thought it would be.

This is my favorite recipe:

4-5 carrots

1 small apple

4-5 whole kale leaves

1 inch ginger root

1 heaping handful of spinach

1/2 large beet

and a few sprigs of cilantro

Throw in the juicer and enjoy. A great start for a fantastic day.
