Tis’ The Season For Some Holiday Juice!

I am a sucker for fresh veggies and love trying new recipes in my juicer.  And since I seem to have a juice for all occasions, why not come up with some festive concoction that that is not only healthy – but Merry as well!

Time to spread some healthy, merry cheer with this festive juice filled with red and green organic fruits and veggies!  I have added cranberries into this mixture – a festive little berry that packs quite a punch.  Cranberries are known as a “superfruit” due to their high antioxidant levels.   However they are quite tart if not mixed with something sweet.  The tangy flavor is perfect when mixed with apples and beets!   Heck, you may even want to leave this out for Santa!!
