Veggie Overload – It Does A Body Good

It has been a while since I have posted a new juicing recipe, and thought it was about time for some fresh juice – pun intended!  I have recently joined a veggie co-op in my neighborhood, and now have the luxury of fresh, organic fruits and veggies being delivered right to my door every other Tuesday.  Talk about veggie overload, it’s almost impossible for me to eat the entire clothes basket full of goodies before they go bad….so experimenting has evolved and new juicing recipes are a plenty!  Take a look at my new fave:

Organic Fruit & Veggie Mix-Up Juice

Ingredients
  • 1 small apple
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 5 asparagus sprigs
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 3 chard leaves
  • 1 small beet
  • 1 small pear
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery
  • and a few cilantro sprigs for some added spice!
Instructions
  1. No work necessary, just throw all in the juicer and enjoy!

 

Another bonus to this amazing recipe, it’s great for that bikini body year round!!  Staying healthy is key!
