These are the days where we can workout literally anywhere. And if you’re like me, it’s hard to always find time for an actual gym session – so I improvise and squeeze in my own workout wherever I can; backyard, beach, house, park, etc. Lets work out, shall we?!
Do 2 rounds of this little routine per session for maximum results. Should take about 10-15 minutes each round.
These are a few of my fave moves that get your heart rate up and blood pumping. Plyometric activity uses maximum power to strengthen your muscles. The moves are quick and explosive, so prepare to use a lot more energy than you do in a typical strength-training session. Sweat it out and enjoy!! Your body will thank you later!
